		<description>It does seem obvious that anything you tell yourself you can&#039;t have, of course you are going to really want. You only have to look at how children behave when they can&#039;t have something to see that. I personally have no problem losing weight. It just comes down to discipline. I have never been overweight in my life simply because I don&#039;t eat rubbish and I don&#039;t eat too much. That is all there is to it.</description>
